I am passionate about helping people overcome challenges and supporting them through any set-backs within a non-judgmental, nurturing environment. I am a fully qualified, insured and Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist and have a genuine desire for helping people get well and overcome challenges that they are facing. I am also skilled in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Mindfulness and Energy Psychology.

How I work:

I have worked with various types of issues which can range from Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Addiction, Phobias and a host of other presenting factors. I understand that the behaviours are a symptom of an underlying trauma, trigger or event, and that working within a Person Centred Clinical Hypnotherapy setting I can help you unlock your potential for change. My skills, experience and practice enable me to work holistically with clients issues and help them achieve their goals in a stimulating and encouraging environment.  My aim is to cultivate the right conditions so that the client is able to sharpen their focus and attention inwards promoting self development and healing. Every session is unique to the individual and is tailored to each specific client inside a safe and nurturing space in my home practice consulting room (or online via Zoom if preferable).

What do the therapy sessions look like:

I offer a free 15 min online/telephone consultation, this gives us an opportunity to have an informal chat before we commit to working together. I would then invite you for a formal in-depth consultation (face to face or on zoom) with a short hypnotherapy taster session. Thereafter, the sessions are tailored to your specific needs and goals which involve longer hypnotherapy sessions. 

What can Hypnotherapy help with?

Hypnotherapy can help with a whole range of repetitive automatic responses that cause distress or challenges to the individual. We all have habits that can be overwhelming at times and we may feel completely powerless over. Hypnotherapy can help change these "stuck" patterns of problematic behaviours.

Clinical Hypnotherapy has been formulated on the latest neuroscience evidence and offers a clear understanding of how the brain works and reacts to feelings of threat and stress. Using this understanding with relaxation techniques, we can offer the conscious mind a moment’s peace of quiet and calm. In this naturally relaxed state we are able to soothe the subconscious mind and regain control over our negative thoughts and worries.

Hypnosis is not a loss of self will or an unconscious state the client has ultimate control over the process and does not need to conform whatsoever to the therapist.

  • Free informal 15min telephone consultation

  • Clinical Hypnotherapy Session £60.00 per hour

  • Smoking Cessation 90-120mins £140 ( this is one session only, however, you have the option of a free follow up session if its required, also included is a free recording to take away)

  • Concessions available for unemployed, students, OAPs, Armed services, Emergency Services and NHS staff.
